We want all employees to feel recognised, valued, and welcomed – which is why we’re working towards becoming a more diverse and inclusive organisation. Those with more privileged social identities are in a position to empower others by being an ally. Leveraging your privilege to support more underprivileged groups is a great way to contribute to a more diverse and inclusive workplace and society.
In this module, you’ll learn more about what it means to be an ally and what characteristics an ally embodies. Then, you’ll learn about five ally roles you can take on the next time you spot injustice.
